Licensed Professional Counselor, Della Woods, wearing a grey sweater and smiling to introduce herself on her psychotherapy practice's website.

Allow Me to Introduce Myself

Hello! My name is Della. I’m originally a California girl and moved to the Pacific Northwest in college. While away from my psychotherapy practice, I’m likely outside to explore the many wonders of the Columbia River Gorge, whether it’s from behind the handlebars of my mountain bike or by moving my own two feet along a trail.

I am described as a therapist who is grounded and genuine, blending clinical knowledge with heart for her clients. I am dedicated to helping my clients beyond symptom management to live their lives in alignment with their values.

I believe we heal in the presence of compassionate and attuned listeners. With effective and naturally-timed interventions and encouragement toward our potential, I believe we can all reach a place of sought-after contentment.

Whether your concern stems from anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, I welcome you to unburden yourself from the cycles that hinder you, and together, you can start anew.
